Cycle Hire in Paris
Paris is becoming one of the cities that heavily encourages cycling as the main form of transport, so much so that certain roads are closed to vehicles on Sundays and Public Holidays between 9am and 5pm. The routes in Paris are for more of an intermediate level cyclist as there are a few climbs in the majority of cycle routes. Don’t be put off if you’re a beginner though, there are easy routes past the Eiffel Tower and through Parc Monceau to Parc de la Villette which passes Canal de l’Ourco and Moulin Rouge. So there are plenty of things to see by cycle no matter the level of experience you have. The easier routes are in the busy city areas and the more challenging routes lead out of the city which is something to bear in mind when planning your trip.
